Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
